This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and usage charges for Vaani Labs products, including AI voice agents, browser voice streaming, analytics, and platform add-ons.
Trial, pilot, and proof-of-concept periods are non-billable unless explicitly stated in a signed order. Charges applied after trial conversion are governed by your selected plan and contract start date.
Telephony minutes, AI processing, storage, and third-party pass-through charges are billed based on measured usage and are generally non-refundable once consumed.
For eligible enterprise plans, service availability issues are addressed through service credits under the applicable SLA. SLA credits are not cash refunds and cannot be transferred unless required by law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billing support within 30 days of invoice date. After verification, we may issue a partial or full refund, or apply billing credits to a future invoice.
Refund exceptions may be granted for: (a) verified platform outage exceeding SLA remedies, (b) legal/regulatory requirement, or (c) written commercial commitment by Vaani Labs.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method, banking partner, and card network settlement timelines.
